At RMDCOM, we are committed to supplying high-quality mushroom products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of fresh mushrooms and related agricultural products, all refund and return requests are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are required to inspect all products immediately upon receipt. Any concerns regarding product quality, quantity, damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review or compensation.

3. Eligible Refund and Replacement Claims

Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Products delivered are materially different from the confirmed order.

  • Products arrive damaged due to transportation or handling.

  • Products are spoiled or unfit for consumption upon delivery, provided proper storage conditions were maintained.

  • Quantity delivered is significantly less than the quantity stated on the invoice.

To support a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order or invoice number.

  • Photographs or videos clearly showing the issue.

  • Delivery receipt and packaging details, where applicable.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be granted for:

  • Changes of mind after shipment or delivery.

  • Improper storage, handling, or transportation by the customer.

  • Natural variations in size, color, texture, or appearance typical of agricultural products.

  • Products partially consumed, processed, or resold.

  • Claims submitted beyond the specified reporting period.

5. Return of Products

Due to food safety and quality control requirements, returned mushroom products are generally not accepted unless expressly authorized by RMDCOM in writing.

Where a return is approved, customers must follow the instructions provided by RMDCOM. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

6. Refund Process

Upon receipt and verification of a valid claim, RMDCOM may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the affected product;

  • Issue a partial refund;

  • Issue a full refund; or

  • Provide credit toward a future purchase.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except where the error, damage, or product defect is determined to be the responsibility of RMDCOM.

8. Force Majeure

RMDCOM shall not be liable for delays, deterioration, or delivery failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, labor disputes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

9. Business-to-Business Transactions

For wholesale, export, bulk, or contract orders, specific refund and compensation terms stated in the applicable sales agreement, purchase order, or contract shall prevail over this policy.
